Housing Allocation Administrator
A client of ours in Central London is looking for an experienced Housing Allocation Administrator to join their busy team for a period of 10 weeks, your role will be to support the Allocations Service providing advice and assistance to customers, colleagues, and partners to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective service.
Knowledge & Experience:
Knowledge and understanding of social and temporary accommodation schemes and the ability to work with other staff in maintaining systems
and ensuring that all systems are updated in a timely manner.
Working knowledge of all financial and rent accounting systems used in all forms of temporary accommodation.
Good numeracy skills and an ability to undertake financial calculations in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
The ability to communicate effectively, in writing or verbally.
Good organisational and team working skills, and the ability to follow tight timescales.
A working experience of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of IT systems such as Northgate iWorld.
Experience of working to tight deadlines or within a target driven environment.
