HSEQ Advisor – West London – Corporate – £30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits

A client of mine is looking for a HSEQ Advisor to work for them in their office in Hammersmith. Local Authority or Public-Sector experience would be advantageous in a corporate setting. You will be the main point of contact for all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters within the organisation. You will co-ordinate, implement and continually improve the H&S management systems, monitor performance, investigate incidents, issues and complaints and report the accordingly. The selected candidate will also be responsible for staff engagement, internal communications and training on HSEQ matters therefore must be an excellent communicator and be able to interact with colleagues at all levels.

Within this role you will be the overall support for all SHEQ training, implementation of HSEQ Management systems and coordinate all KPI’s, Internal Audit & Review, investigate all accidents, incidents and complaints, and help facilitate OHASA 18001 (Transitioning to 45001), ISO 9001 and ISO14001 therefore previous experience within these areas is advantageous and desirable.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety

Auditor Qualification

Experience of OHASA 18001, ISO 9001, & ISO 14001 management systems

Awareness of ISO 45001

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Good IT Skills

Good written and oral communications skills

Minimum 1 year experience post qualification health & safety role experience.
