Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager required.

I’m recruiting for a growing Air Conditioning, Chiller & Air Movement contractor based in London, a team which has doubled in growth year on year since starting.

They’re looking for a Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to expand and maximise the potential of the Contractors they’ve been working with over the years, an individual who’s a natural at building relationships and getting more from established accounts, such as ISS, Emcor, CBRE & Integral.

You’ll work in an ambitious team with high expectations, they’re looking to double their turnover again and aim to become London’s leading refurbishment and maintenance contractor. Another venture they’ll be looking to concentrate time on will be larger scale projects with Mechanical Contractors.

The company are hoping to speak with a Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager or Account Manager from the HVAC industry, this could be Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Fan Coils, Boilers or anything similar. You’ll work alongside a Technical Sales Engineer who’ll survey, quote and take projects from your hand over.

Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager package:

£40,000 to £65,000 salary (Dependant on experience)

Company car or Car Allowance – An area to be discussed

Extremely generous commission – £120,000 OTE

Pension – 3%

28 days holiday
