Job title: Multi-trade (ideally with Carpentry qualifications)

Employment type: Permanent

Proposed Start date: ASAP

Location: Surrey and surrounding areas

Salary/package:

  • £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum – negotiable depending on experience
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Working Days: Monday to Friday maybe some weekends needed

 

Working Hours: 8am-5pm some flexibility maybe needed, call outs and overtime to meet client’s expectations occasionally

Our client are a well-established support services business looking for a highly experienced Multi trader to join their team, Work involves individually carrying out multi trade jobs for refurbishments, planned maintenance/projects and occasional reactive maintenance in and around the Surrey area.

As a Multi Skilled Tradesman should be able to carry some of the following trades:

  • Carpentry work
  • Wall & floor tiling
  • Plumbing of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Plastering
  • Dry lining – walls and ceilings
  • Decorating
  • Kitchen installations
  • Bathroom installations
  • Full & clean UK driving license

You will be an experienced construction professional who understands the process of delivering high-end quality finish and the care needed in order to get there. You will take pride in your work and be a good team player.

You will need the following:

  • Your own tools within reason
  • NVQ or C&G or relevant trades qualifications
  • CSCS would be beneficial
  • Full driving licence
