With a proven track record in delivering projects on programme and budget for a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Social housing and Insurance
We have an Office Administrator vacancy within the administration team.
This Administrator position can be full or part-time, ideally Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5 pm.
£8.00 per hour, paid by BACS on the last Friday of each month.
We require an Office Administrator to carry out all the administration for one of our housing association clients.
Printing off and logging all orders that come in throughout the day.
Preparation of extra works orders
Liaising with subcontractors and SCM trades
Dealing with queries from client and trades
Invoicing client once work is completed
Working alongside Office Manager you would be:
Processing sales invoices
Entering purchase invoices
Reconciliation of supplier invoices
Entering employee timesheets
The ideal Office Administrator candidate will be a car driver with your own vehicle due to the remote office location.
