Operations Manager – Stevenage – £65,000 + Package & Benefits – Permanent
My client is an established provider of high-performance, sustainable integrated facilities and workplace management services to a growing portfolio across the UK and is looking for an Operations Manager to effectively manage Operations and ensure high quality service standards and service delivery on a key contract based in Stevenage.
With a background in technical facilities and operational management you will orchestrate and implement challenging growth plans for the contract using enterprising and strategic management practices. You will work closely with an exacting client and key stakeholders on all key contract issues with the aim of supporting sustained partnership values.
Moreover, you will manage and deliver agreed sales, performance KPIs and profit targets, and report to the management board on all outcomes and continued progress. With sound leadership and communication skills you will provide innovative, visionary and best practice solutions, and benchmarking across the portfolio of client sites.
This role will suit a charismatic leader looking to support a key facilities management contract on all matters pertaining to operational excellence at across a cluster of large and complex R&D and manufacturing facilities.
