Operations Team Leader – Poole – £29,500 plus excellent package – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

My client is a leading property maintenance company and property developer, and is looking for a strong administrator with team leadership or management skills from working within a busy environment to join their team and support the maintenance scheduling team, ensuring that key targets are met and service delivery is effective and efficient.

As the Operations Team Leader you will manage and oversee the daily activity of works coordinators, schedulers and administrators ensuring that key targets are met and that performance is managed. You will manage the workflow through the team and participate in Operational Management meetings to report on and review areas for improvement.

With strong communication and administration skills coupled with the ability to motivate, set and monitor targets within a busy team you will be highly organised and have a background in a similar role although experience in property/facilities maintenance is not essential.
