Typical projects include assessing risks to customer property and our assets to ensure deep or sensitive repairs can be carried out safely.
We are responsible for the day-to-day coordination and complete temporary works designs across our business. We’ll expect you to act as the focal point of contact with the construction and repair and maintenance utility teams, so you must be confident and effective working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and be an excellent communicator with all levels of staff from Director to site operative. You’ll be self-motivated, commercially-aware with excellent time management skills to enable to manage your own and your team’s workload, including utilising consultant support where necessary.
Their established mentoring structure means that we can provide you with all of the professional development support you need. We also offer an excellent remuneration package including bonus, company car and relocation assistance.
You will be based in our award-winning offices in Somerset but will also be required to regularly attend sites to provide reactive support around our region too, so you’ll need a full driving licence.
