Project Manager – Corporate/Commercial

A leading design firm based in New York city with a diverse portfolio of healthcare, workplace, retail, hospitality and commercial projects, with projects completed in more than 40 countries and a focus on creating a quality working environment to bring the best experience to both employees and clients have enlisted Stride Resourcing to assist in looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join one of their corporate and commercial interiors studios.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
* Attending new business presentations
* Managing cost calculations, project fees and generation of contractual agreements
* Generate project budgets and schedules
* Assist in code review, building analysis and lease review
* Primary coordinator with clients, landlords, real estate team and consultants
* Prepare and respond to consultant RFP’s
* Coordinate bidding process
* Reviewing and final red-lining of construction documentation
* Manage project close-out and sign-off

You will require the following qualifications to be considered:
* Professional degree within architecture required
* Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience within Corporate/Commercial Interiors
* Registered architects preferred
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with Revit is preferred
