My client is the top performing water and sewerage company in the UK, serving 2.8 million customers across the south west of England.

As a Networks Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of Networks capital investment projects, letting contracts and their consequent management, through design development, implementation, commissioning, handover and acceptance. With a remit across all areas of Network project delivery in waste and supply.
Day to day, you will be defining requirements, managing the delivery of the design function and the consequent implementation of projects as well as an active on-site presence across multiple projects to ensure projects are delivered within budget and time requirements. The role requires a detailed understanding of pertinent CDM, H&S and other statutory regulation that may affect the construction process and you will be responsible for ensuring these are all adhered to and that the delivery process accords with policy, standards, specification and practice. You will be part of our Engineering and Construction division. The role also includes representing the company in regards to customer liaison and Public Relation activities with the projects you will be responsible for.

We’re looking for somebody with significant and proven experience in site and design engineering projects. You will have a degree or HND in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have professional engineering status. Your positive team impact and collaborative approach, coupled with well-developed problem-solving skills will help you deliver superior results. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will make you an effective influencer over a range of audiences too. Finally, you will be engage in a culture of learning and personal development, you will take responsibility for your personal development and attend training as and when necessary.
