A client of mine who is a leading organisation specialising in Property and Housing is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to work on an exciting new implantation project. This will be a 6 month FTC to review all policies, procedures and processes within the Property Maintenance and Asset Team. The first phase of this project will be implementing a QMS to help insource a brand new trades team focusing on a specific business area. You will be required to lead and manage the external audit process and develop all training materials for their inhouse trades teams, ensuring all development and training is at the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have practical hands on experience working within a similar role, PPM, Housing, Property maintenance, Asset Delivery etc. You will have good working knowledge of ISO9001 or similar management systems, as well as having the ability to prioritise workload and work towards deadlines. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to flex and adapt where required, and take an organized and structured approach to the delivery of their work.

The role will be based in in Exeter, with hybrid working as an option but you will have to be able to be in Exeter regularly, along with travel to other sites (Camborne, Cornwall and Weston-super-Mare). This means that you need to be within a commutable distance with your own vehicle.

Qualifications

Appropriate Industry based qualification in Quality Management
Good Level of Literacy & Numeracy
Ability to Drive and have own form of transport
Experience Designing and Implement Quality Management Systems
