Stride (One of the STR Group of Companies) is currently working on behalf of a client to recruit for the following position:

Job title: Recruitment Assistant/Administrator
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Base Location: Central London
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent (direct with client)
Predicted start date: June/July 2018
To assist the Internal Recruiters to source and appoint construction professionals across all disciplines through the use of social media channels, traditional advertising and own networking resources. Ensure all recruitment activities are effectively administered and efficient.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage the recruitment inbox and ensure e-mails are actioned and filed appropriately.
Manage Recruitment IT system and keep it updated on a daily basis.
Provide reports from Recruitment IT system, as required.
Ensure the correct recruitment process is followed and chase up documentation from recruiting managers, when necessary.
Place adverts on chosen Jobs Boards and the company website, and ensure they are displayed in the agreed format.
File CVs and other recruitment documentation correctly.
Liaise with the preferred suppliers.
Liaise with hiring managers.
Liaise with the HR Administrator in respect of on-boarding and offers of employment.
Assist with and help to organise graduate assessment days.
Help promote the graduate scheme and partner with official professional bodies and universities.
Deputise for the Internal Recruiters, when necessary i.e. to cover holidays, sickness absence, etc.
Issue weekly current recruitment requirements updates.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports and insights regarding time to hire and cost per hire, recruitment trends, successes and development areas.
