A client of mine is currently looking for a Compliance and Risk Officer to work for them in Basingstoke. Your main focus will be within the transportation team therefore experience looking after Company fleets would be advantageous.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the Fleet Information System, providing expert advice and feedback to the Fleet Logistics Manager on driver behavior.

Using your analytical skills, you’ll provide reports and analyse trends on fleet data in order to promote safe driving and make recommendations on focus areas for improvement.

You’ll ensure all driver licence records are checked in accordance with company guidelines and conduct investigations to resolve noncompliance activity, therefore a high level of professionalism, discretion and judgement are key to this role.

A strong background in a similar Fleet/Transport role is essential along with strong communication skills that enable you to influence and engage with your internal stakeholders and employees as well as working collaboratively within the wider Fleet Team.

You will be required to travel occasionally across our offices so having a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Requirements
Health & Safety Qualification, e.g. NEBOSH (Desirable)
Similar experience in another position
Fleet Risk knowledge
Full UK driving licence
