With a history of over 20 years, our client has introduced a new standard in the field of hospitality design. They continuously prove their excellence in providing an understanding of their work by strategically planning, creating engaging spaces that also highly successful businesses.

Our client is an award-winning full-service hospitality design studio with the expertise to provide internationally recognized design work to clients globally. Stride are currently assisting them with their search for a Senior Interior Designer and FF&E expert who can help them shift in new directions.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading of design and project teams on multiple projects from all phases of proposal through project close-out
  • Exceptional understanding of FF&E process including vendor coordination
  • Lead on client engagement and coordination
  • Development and coordination of exceptionally detailed design concepts and functional requirements
  • Assisting with design and technical coordination including responding to technical implications of design decisions
  • Execution of firm and project goals of excellence in design
  • Mentoring and oversight organization of junior members

You will need to be an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum 10+ years professional experience within Interior Design and a focus on high-end hotels
  • Significant portfolio experience working on high-end hotels and high-profile luxury hospitality projects
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of interiors and design concepts
  • Proven record of exceptional client interaction and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of successful management and coordination of junior members
  • Excellent BIM proficiency in multiple software packages
  • Excellent sketching and conceptual design skills
  • Additional accreditations including NCIDQ certification or Architectural License are bonuses but not required
