Senior Recruitment Consultant – Portsmouth £28k + Uncapped Commission
We are currently looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our ever growing sales floor.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Role:
Successful negotiation of Terms of Business with all client companies, in line with internalprocedures and line management approval;
Consistent contact of relevant client companies to secure qualified vacancies, and fulfilment ofthese in accordance with internal operating procedures;
Consistent candidate contact and qualification to establish and maintain high-value candidatetalent pools to meet current and potential demand;
Input and maintenance of all required database records in line with the Company DatabasePolicies and Divisional operating procedures;
Adherence to Sales Process and Divisional operating requirements, ensuring to conduct allactivities in a compliant manner, in line with Company policies and legislative requirements;
Attendance of and engagement in all training sessions, arriving fully prepared and focused;
Completion / attendance of all follow-ups for training sessions and application of training at-desk;
Provision of guidance to less experienced team members, as directed by the management team,with a view to knowledge-share and promote a supportive and progressive team culture;
Demonstration of the ability to work well on an autonomous basis, ensuring to still seek guidancewhere necessary, and pro-actively taking responsibility for career progression and PDP activities;
Active support of Company and management team decisions and initiatives, and contribution ofsuggestions for value development opportunities;
Lead by example in all internal and external activities and communications;

Creation and implementation of quarterly PDP objectives;
Demonstration of adherence to the Company’s Minimum Standards at all times, ensuring to leadby example in behaviours and activities.
