Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer required.

I’m recruiting for a Ventilation and Fan manufacturer. A nationally recognised, go-to brand within the air movement market. This is a British based manufacturer with a gleaming office based just outside of London, a brand new facility with a state of the art showroom with on-site parking.

The business is looking at ways to help improve customer experience and ensure proper installation of their Air Movement and Control systems. They’re looking for a Service Engineer to oversee installer / contractor work, You’ll become the technical specialist on all Controls / BMS, Ventilation, MVHR & Fan products. You’ll receive in depth manufacturer training on all products and support internal sales teams and contractors on technical queries.

They’re looking for a Service Engineer with some understanding on how to set up control systems. One factor of the position will be ensuring control systems communicate effectively with fans and air movement system. Once again, you’ll be given full support and training on how to do so (You do not have to be an expert on controls / BMS)

Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer package:

£30,000 to 35,000 Salary (Based on experience, negotiable)

10% Bonus

25 days holiday + bank holiday

Pension – 3%

On-site parking

Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer requirements:

  • Some understanding of controls and how they are programmed to communicate
  • Based near High Wycombe and can commute to the office
  • Ideally worked on Domestic / Light Commercial equipment.
