Site Manager

11 Month Contract


Stride Resourcing are working with a Regional Contractor who require an experienced Site Manager to join their construction team. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is looking to play a vital part in the timely delivery of new build and refurbishment construction projects.

The successful candidate will have certificates in SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS in addition to experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
You will be capable of managing teams with the minimum of supervision and set high standards of quality, Health and Safety and customer service.
You will need experience of working on High End Residential projects as well as be comfortable working on a school classroom refurbishment
Skills/ Experience:
To be considered for the role you must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the confidence to liaise at senior management level, someone who can manage and motivate staff and take pride in the job. You will have a good knowledge of the construction industry and current construction techniques and have a good understanding of Building regulations and Health and Safety Legislation.
