About the Position
My client (an excellent Chartered Surveying firm), are seeking a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, and ideally a Registered Valuer to join their fantastic and growing team, to cover the area of Bournemouth, Dorset.
The family run company has gone through some excellent development over the last year, and are looking for someone to add to their growing, talented team.

You must be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties and should have some years’ experience in doing so; including mortgage valuations and Homebuyers reports.
You will ideally will be qualified to MRICS level, and ideally be a RICS registered valuer. However there are opportunities for development! AssocRICS candidates can also be considered due to the opportunities at the business.

Salary is open and flexible, but dependent on experience. Additional package includes a generous bonus structure, additional car allowance, millage, qualification support/development, and pension contribution. There is also a very serious prospect of growth and career development within the company, with further exciting projects going into the future.

Experience in Residential Building Surveying is a must. You must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and be generally IT literate. Finally, be an excellent team player, the business has built an excellent working environment and are looking for someone to add to it.
