Technical Facilities Manager Leven, Nr. Fife £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of total facilities management services and is looking for an experienced and technically minded & qualified Facilities Manager to deliver multiple IFM services to a cluster of sites within a prestigious contract.

Supporting a TFM contract you will have a solid background in hard facilities services which includes some experience of soft services delivery.

The core duties of the role are in Contract Management, Financial Management, CRM, Service Delivery, Compliance, Environmental, H&S and Risk Management/Mitigation and People Management & Leadership.

In addition to a technical building services related qualification you will have excellent communication skills, be client facing and ideally, will be NEBOSH qualified.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a corporate contract with a global leading FM provider.
