A client of mine currently has a great opportunity for a Works Scheduler to join their Property Services Team based in Basingstoke on a 6 month fixed term basis.

You’ll contribute to the efficient running of Property Services by managing the works scheduling administrative process ensuring that maximum standards of customer care are delivered.

You’ll provide a first point of contact for scheduling enquiries. Liaise directly with all internal and external customers to solve problems using standard procedures in a timely, efficient and effective manner, ensuring customers receive a prompt response and are kept informed of progress made.

Liaising directly with customers you’ll re-schedule or book new appointments for follow on works and ensure that hours worked by trades’ staff, and materials/subcontract costs incurred against each job, are appropriately, timely and accurately recorded. Previous experience in working within a property maintenance/management role would therefore be ideal.

Experience of providing strong customer service, using systems and the ability to manage your own administrative workload are also important requirements of the role.
