Workplace/Facilities Manager – Nr Reading – £45,000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading total facilities management provider who supports many government organisations, departments and frameworks. They are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft services, as one of multiple Managers on a large and complex facility near Reading.

As a Workplace/Facilities Managers you will support the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance and soft services delivery across part of the site. Working within a large team and with key stakeholders from the building’s occupants, subcontracted suppliers and the account leadership team, and end client you will manage and deliver contracted services in line with the contract SLAs and KPIs.

You should have some experience of facilities management, either hard or soft services biased, budget planning, overseeing small works projects and stakeholder management as well as working with subcontracted suppliers. Ideally, you will be a member of IWFM and be IOSH or NEBOSH trained. It is essential that you are experienced in dealing with customers, are resilient, strong minded and able to deal with challenges.

An excellent advantage to this role is that the working hours operate on a 9-day fortnight. Week 1 Monday to Friday 07.45 to 16.30 and Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07.45 to 16.30)
