Operation Excellence Lead – Charlie Howard

Whilst still in an active billing role, predominantly within Property Services & Housing Association, my role has now progressed and will be aiding Operational Excellence across Stride. The main aspect of this position is to deliver Operational Excellence across the Stride business unit whist simultaneously supporting the Operations Director in driving a culture of continuous improvement. Within this position I help train, develop, and mentor staff at all levels to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are exceeded and best practice delivered. This role is centric to ensuring the brand achieves it’s strategic goals by increasing output, quality, understanding and driving performance at all levels. In addition to this, I will also drive staff incentives and rewards, give regular communications throughout the team and drive morale, ensuring staff are happy and always supported.
